JOB PREP / ASSESSMENT

The Job Prep or Assessment is designed for long line pilots who are preparing for skills and knowledge demonstration, or companies that want to assess the level of knowledge and skills of pilots pertaining to external load operations.

Option 1 – Preparation

Designed to sharpen skills that have not been in recent practice so that you are ready for the upcoming job interview.

This course includes:

  • Flight 3 hours / Classroom 3 / Field Classes 1 hour
  • Skills and knowledge assessment
  • Focus on skills specific to job or review (i.e. fire, construction, confined operations, etc.)

Option 2 – Assessment

The assessment course is designed for busy companies that are short on time and readily available equipment. A thorough review will be performed on the pilot to determine the level of knowledge and skills pertaining to external load operations.

This course includes:

  • Flight 3 hours / Classroom 3 hours / Field Classes 1 hour
  • Skills and knowledge assessment
  • Detailed report on pilot skill ability (i.e. confirming resume long line hours match current skill set)
  • Can be tailored towards the specific operation
